Opti Offers Personal Coaching For Trade Show Success

For the first time, Opti offers individual coaching as well as half-day and full-day in-house training before the beginning of the trade show

Opti, which takes place in Munich from January 9th to 11th 2015, offers its exhibitors a range of different training courses, workshops and seminars. With their help, businesses can prepare individually and according to their needs for the trade show in order to achieve the objectives that have been set.

This year, for the first time, businesses have the opportunity to sign up for Personal Coaching. A trade show specialist, from the “trade show success” initiative, will answer questions via phone relating to the exhibition preparation, planning, implementation and follow-up. The costs for this exclusive advice from a personal coach will be taken care of by the GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen mbH trade show organiser. Each registered exhibitor may enter their desired date in the online appointment book now. Available dates fall within the time period from October 13th to 24th, 2014.

The new in-house training from Opti is even more in-depth and comprehensive. A trainer, who comes for half a day or for a full day to the respective company, helps with the planning and the optimisation of the trade show presence. Together with the exhibitors, he develops an individual training concept that will optimally prepare the team for the exhibition, based on practical examples. In addition, the expert will help with designing an individual exhibition script that covers all phases of the project and makes sure that products and corporate messages are brought to public attention from January 9th to 11th, 2015.

The possible range of topics for the in-house training are diverse: They range from efficient planning and conversations at the stand to the systematic measurement of success in the weeks following the trade show. Duration, amount, location and format of the training will be arranged directly with the coach. Based on this, the fees charged to the exhibitor are calculated.

For foreign companies with long distances to travel, there is the opportunity to participate in so-called webinars. In the moderated online training, the contents of the workshop will be transferred to one’s computer. Questions can be submitted directly to the moderator via chat. One can chose from five modules of 30 minutes each in German and English. The topics are: trade show planning (17/9/2014), exhibition stand design (24/9/2014), visitor marketing (1/10/2014), behaviour and communication at the stand (8/10/2014), and trade show follow-up and evaluation (15/10/2014). In addition, Opti offers additional free online tools to prepare. This includes, for example, a budget planner with which the costs of various exhibition stands can be calculated and a stand configurator with which you can see what the stand will look like online.
