Pramukh Opticals Host Dealers Meet

Leading distributor of the Indian circuit, the dealers meet of Pramukh Opticals in Dubai saw the unveiling of the BMW brand under their portfolio, along with a lavishly held second meet in Ahmedabad showcasing collections of leading brands

Pramukh Opticals Pvt Ltd have come a long way since 1998 when they first started out as a collaboration of three brothers. Pramukh Opticals today stand top amongst distributors with brands like Charriol, Azzaro, Façonnable, Henry Jullien, Guy Laroche, DKNY, Harley Davidson, Carolina Herrera and more shelling out from their end. The recent addition to their list of impressive collection of brands was the prestigious German housed BMW. Pramukh Opticals announced the arrival of BMW to its portfolio at a grand event hosted in Dubai from 16th to 19th August, this year.

The dealers meet in Dubai saw the who’s who of the optical world in India come under one roof to view the latest collections introduced by leading brands. Some of these were Azzaro’s new collection, among others which also included dedicated designs that targeted specifically to the Indian market, an eye catching new collection of Spartan and launch of sunglasses in Elvis. The highlight of the two days and three nights’ event was the BMW brand adding to their portfolio.

One of the notable optical chain leaders seen at the Dubai dealers meet was Mr Sudershan Binani, Director of Himalaya Optical, a leading chain of eyewear stores in India. When asked about his thoughts for the event, he shared, “Himalaya Optical has been working in association with Pramukh Opticals for over 9 years now and we hold them with high regards in our preferred distributors’ list.” He further added, “We have brands like Façonnable, Henry Jullien, Azzaro, Harley Davidson and DKNY through Pramukh Opticals, and my favourites were Façonnable and Henry Jullien, but this time I am especially impressed by Azzaro’s offering that looks like a game-changer with its Indian market-centric offerings and prices that are sure to grab the attention of the larger public”.

When asked what he thought about attending such events, he said, “When we want to see each collection of all the brands, it becomes convenient to attend such events as it provides a better transparency giving us as well as the distributor ample time for a first-hand basis experience on the look and feel of the product”.

Few others renowned names that came to attend the dealers meet in Dubai were Mr Sanjay Tekchandani of Vision 2020, V.A. Mayekar’s Mr Sebastian, team from the Chasma Eye Hospital and a well-known optical chain GKB Opticals’ represented by Mr Vikas and Mr Abhishek.

Further to the successful event hosted in Dubai, Pramukh Opticals further went ahead with another dealers meet in their hometown Gujarat, in Ahmedabad from 3rd to 10th September, this year. The event saw a similar response with 200 invitees attending the event from all over the country at the luxurious Rajpath Club. Making it comfortable for the lot coming from different corners of India, Ahmedabad was strategically chosen by Pramukh Opticals as it made up for the flight convenience for the guests arrived at the event. Some of these reputed attendees came from Kolkata, Punjab, Tamil Nadu and Kerela. The event saw collection of brands like BMW, Harley Davidson, Henry Jullien, DKNY, Kenneth Cole, Carolina Herrera and many others showcasing the latest in optical and fashion eyewear.

With a positive and enthusiastic turnover from the optical industry, the dealers meet by Pramukh Opticals Pvt Ltd met with a lot of appreciation for their well organised events which saw a gathering filled with entertainment yet with a sign of serious progression in the eyewear sector through the innovative designs by leading brands for the upcoming seasons.
