Sterling Group adds more brands to its portfolio

Mumbai-based Sterling Group, a leading eyewear distributor in India, will be introducing several new brands in the country.

sterlingThese include various Marchon brands like Valentino, Bebe, Diane von Furstenberg, Nine West, Chloe, Michael Kors and Nike. Of these, Nike is the first sports eyewear brand that Sterling is adding to its list.

Sterling is also strengthening its kids eyewear portfolio with the addition of Warner Bros eyewear, which include eyewear based on famous cartoon characters like Tweety, Tom and Jerry amongst others. Sterling’s portfolio already includes kids eyewear from Marvel and Disney.

“The next year is going to be a very exciting one for us, with the additional of such reputed new brands in our portfolio,” said Ketan Parikh, Managing Director of Sterling Group. “We are confident that the growing Indian market will accept these brands gladly and we hope to set new milestones for our company in 2013.”

The company will also held a four-day optician meet at The Lalit at Connaught Place in New Delhi, between 29th January to 1st February, 2013. The company had invited leading opticians from all over the country to this event where they were shown the latest Spring Summer 2013 collections from its various brands.
