Optrafair London’s international exhibitors visited the show venue – Olympia in West Kensington – last week to visualise their stands in situ and hear exciting plans for the three day event.

Olympia-GrandThe elegant arched glass ceilings of the Olympia Halls threw light onto the floor space which will bring together frame, lens, technology, contact lens, accessory, and practice management companies who are looking forward to welcoming practice owners and support staff from around the world.

“After attending the Optrafair London launch meeting at Olympia, I feel very reassured and excited to be part of this. The venue is a fantastic location for a show featuring unique characteristics such as the glass roof. It is also very accessible which I am sure will attract a large attendance,” said Paris-based Ana Sedes, OKO Eyewear Marketing and Communications Manager.

Winning praise for the show’s advanced organisation, Freddy Lehmann, Director, CentroStyle, said –

“CentroStyle is really looking forward to being part of Optrafair London, and we are anticipating a good response as London continues to be Europe’s financial centre, offering culture and entertainment. This should be a draw for all UK opticians as well as our professional colleagues from overseas.”

Philip Mullins, FBDO, Director of Business Development at The National Eye Care Group, agreed

“As the largest purchasing group for Independent opticians in the UK, and with our IT division Optinet, we are delighted to be exhibiting at the exciting new Optrafair London 2014 show. Following on from the great success of Optrafair in Birmingham, we had no hesitation in supporting the Optrafair brand as it ventures into new territory.”

The Birmingham Optical team relish the chance to exhibit in London –

“It is an exciting opportunity to showcase both new and existing technologies at this prestigious, industry leading event. It is a wonderful opportunity to increase the accessibility of our company, and reach out to clients further afield than the Birmingham area. London is an exciting place to visit, and Optrafair is always a hugely successful event for Birmingham Optical,” said Amanda Danson, Director of Clinical Affairs Birmingham Optical.
