The transaction includes selected SPY+ and Serengeti assets in Europe, along with the brands’ operations in the United States and Canada.
The acquisition aligns with Safilo’s strategy to expand its presence in the sport, outdoor and premium eyewear segments, complementing brands such as Smith, Carrera, Polaroid and Blenders.
Together, SPY+ and Serengeti generated approximately USD 39 million in sales during 2025. Safilo expects the acquisition to enhance its global distribution capabilities while creating opportunities for future growth and operational efficiencies.
