The global portable AI technology brand introduced the Hai 01 Privacy AI Smart Glasses, Modular Titanium Audio Sunglasses and the Hnote01 Magnetic AI Meeting Recorder, positioning the lineup as a practical alternative to conventional AI wearables that often suffer from usability challenges.
According to Headwolf, a 2026 European market review found that AI eyewear and voice recorders experience return rates of 30 to 50 per cent, largely due to concerns around comfort, privacy, audio quality and ease of use. The company’s latest product range has been developed to directly address these issues.
Privacy at the Forefront
Leading the launch is the Hai 01 Privacy AI Smart Glasses, featuring a magnetic camera shutter that allows users to physically cover the camera when not in use. The design aims to address growing privacy concerns while helping users comply with regulations in workplaces, public venues and other sensitive environments.
Weighing just 55 grams, the smart glasses are available in black and vintage tortoiseshell finishes and support both prescription-friendly everyday wear and extended use.
The glasses offer 4GB of onboard storage for 4K stabilised video capture, up to 6.5 hours of call time, and AI-powered features driven by GPT-4.0, including real-time translation across 85 languages, meeting transcription and ENC noise cancellation. Compatibility with both iOS and Android ensures seamless integration through the Headwolf companion app.
Smart Audio for Everyday Mobility
Headwolf also introduced its Modular Titanium Audio Sunglasses, designed for drivers, cyclists and travellers seeking open-ear audio without compromising situational awareness.
Constructed from 23-gram aerospace-grade memory titanium, the sunglasses feature detachable temples tested for more than two million swaps, while a Type C charging case provides up to five full recharges. The photochromic polarised lenses adapt to changing light conditions, and a four-microphone system enables clear voice capture alongside AI-powered live transcription and translation.
AI-Powered Meeting Recorder
Completing the lineup is the Hnote01 Magnetic AI Meeting Recorder, a compact 53-gram device aimed at business professionals and students.
Its 360-degree five-microphone array, including a bone conduction microphone, captures conversations from distances of up to five metres. The recorder combines 64GB of local storage with cloud backup, delivers up to 20 hours of continuous recording, and supports 85-language transcription, speaker identification, AI-generated meeting summaries and more than 30 workflow templates for interviews, classrooms and business meetings.
Designed Around Real World Needs
Headwolf CEO Chris Chen said the new products were developed to solve practical issues frequently experienced by users, including privacy concerns, uncomfortable designs, poor audio quality, proprietary charging systems and cloud-dependent data storage.
Backed by eight years of research and development in optics, acoustics and large language models, the company says its focus remains on creating AI hardware that delivers meaningful everyday functionality rather than technology for its own sake.
With the European launch, Headwolf continues to strengthen its presence in the growing AI wearable market, offering solutions tailored for professionals seeking smarter, more secure and more practical connected eyewear.
