Optometry students, practitioners, educators, and others interested.

About the panel discussion

For enduring a perfect lifestyle, optimum vision is the key for humans, irrespective of age and gender. But with the global prevalence of 1.1 billion people living with vision loss, it is time to think more actively about awareness, knowledge, and attitudes about healthy vision in the general population.

The discussion aims to deliberate the impacts of not taking care of vision on our daily living activities, barriers, and perceptions about good eye health in the community, and how a pair of spectacles become useful in nourishing ideal eyesight. It will discuss ways to overcome the barriers and keeping our eyes healthy.
