A three-day optometry knowledge conference to be hosted in Pune (1,2,3 August 2022) has a line-up of speakers to cover a wide range of topical subjects.
Knowledge Fest 2022 is an educational initiative that promises to be both an educative and an enjoyable experience. The Fest is open to all eye care practitioners, those who would like to learn how to recommend the right eyeglasses, contact lenses and how to grow their practice. Final year students of Bachelor and Master degree programmes keen to hone their practical skills for greater patient satisfaction will also benefit immensely.
Masterclass offers personalized training for optometrists, opticians and students with each category divided into modules for easy learning. Skilled educators in their respective fields impart more of practical skills rather than only classroom teaching. Graduating optometrists get a first-hand learning experience, and learn how to face the Viva with greater confidence as well as how to plan for the future.
The conference has been conceptualized with emphasis on the practical aspects of optometry and topics that are of great relevance in today’s scenario. The workshops will equip participants to immediately apply newly learnt skills in their practice. A number of eminent speakers will share their knowledge, experience and success stories. The first day will be dedicated to workshops on myopia management, customer’s life time value and contact lenses.
