Kendra Scott Steps Into Eyewear With Marchon Partnership

Debut collection spans generations with both sun and optical offerings.

Kendra Scott, the Texas-based designer known for her colourful jewellery and accessories, has officially entered the eyewear market with a debut collection in partnership with Marchon Eyewear, part of VSP Vision. The launch, available September 10, includes 15 sunglass styles and 16 optical frames, all crafted in premium acetate with signature Kendra Scott design details, including the iconic Elisa stone on the temples.

Scott, whose brand spans generations of customers, sees eyewear as an extension of her philosophy of family, fashion, and philanthropy.

“Sunglasses are just another fabulous piece of jewellery,” she said, recalling how she once attached a stone from her collection to her sunglasses in 2008.

Ophthalmic frames were also key to the launch, inspired by her childhood experience navigating vision challenges.

For Marchon, the partnership combines design and brand strength.

“The Kendra Scott brand has incredible built-in DNA—custom shapes, colours, innovative materials, and broad multigenerational appeal,” said Thomas Burkhardt, Marchon CEO.

The collection will be sold at select optical retailers, department stores, Visionworks, Eyemart Express, Kendra Scott boutiques, and online.

The launch will also include lifestyle activations, including collaborations with NFL and college football teams, and a philanthropic initiative on September 12 with VSP Eyes of Hope and the Kendra Scott Foundation’s Yellow Library program, providing free eye care, eyewear, and books to students in Manhattan.

“This eyewear collection represents what our brand has always stood for—beauty, quality, and trust built over 23 years,” Scott said.
