Tonino Lamborghini Eyewear Launched In India

HaD srl and SkyLine India introduce the Italian eyewear brand to the Indian market at an exclusive event held in Mumbai

The Tonino Lamborghini brand evokes the heritage of a famous Italian family with an extraordinary story, a family that symbolises Italian aspiration, flair and vision. Their portfolio consists of high-end luxury products, ranging from watches to smartphones, perfumes and eyewear. At a glittering event held at the Hyatt Regency in Mumbai on the 17th of November, 2014, Have A Dream srl (HaD) and SkyLine India launched the brand’s eyewear collection, comprising both sunglasses and optical frames, in front of a select audience.

Established in 2011, HaD brought out its first Tonino Lamborghini eyewear collection in 2013. Today, the eyewear brand has a strong presence internationally, thanks to the efforts of HaD, its official distributor. Corrado Moro, General Manager, HaD, stated that the Tonino Lamborghini brand has made a strong impact in the eyewear industry. He added that the brand also believes in maintaining strong relationships with its partners.

With the tie-up with SkyLine, the company looks forward to make the best of the thriving market in India. Speaking about their association with SkyLine, Mr Moro said, “SkyLine is a fantastic partner, and for me a beautiful surprise. They are professional and love the brand. We share a good relationship. I think we have a good future.”

During a brief but interesting presentation, Mr Moro explained that the eyewear is distinguished due to its style, robustness, lightness and use of innovative materials.The eyewear is handmade in Italy and offers a 2-year guarantee. He emphasised that their products are timeless creations that go beyond the whims of fashion.

The Tonino Lamborghini eyewear collection features materials such as gold, carbon, titanium and wood. It depicts five themes which evoke the brand’s historical roots: Spyder, 1947, Competition (which mirror the materials and design of the Tonino Lamborghini wristwatch models), Dolce Vita and Golden Eye.

Brothers Ajay, Abhay and Amit Vadhar, the forces behind Skyline, were seen actively interacting with guests at the event. Ajay Vadhar said, “We thank our business partners and customers for their valuable time and support. Without them, we could not have achieved this success. All the opticians who attended the event have liked the collection. We look forward to a long and fruitful association with Mr Moro.”
