With people spending long hours on mobile phones, computers, and digital devices, traditional single-vision lenses are no longer enough to meet modern visual demands.
Why Essilor Eyezen lenses instead of standard single vision lenses?
All single vision lenses are made by companies, and they sell them directly to the customer. But Eyezen lenses are the only fully customised individual special lenses. Other standard lenses provide eye correction, but Eyezen lenses offer additional services along with eye correction, like eye protection and eye relaxation. Other lenses have only one benefit, but Eyezen lenses will help you relax even when you are wearing glasses for a long time.

How did you get your team involved with Eyezen?
I am lucky because my staff is very involved in the entire process. They have the same mindset as me and are comfortable answering queries from customers. Secondly, when it comes to Eyezen lenses, we watch the Leonardo program and we keep ourselves updated with all the videos so we can refer them to the customers.
My staff is always involved in the business process. They talk to the customers, convince them and bring them to the comfort zone, which is very important.
