Meta and EssilorLuxottica are expanding their AI eyewear portfolio with new Ray-Ban Meta and Meta-branded styles. The companies have introduced Ray-Ban Meta Audio, their first camera-free audio glasses, alongside Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3, featuring upgraded performance, battery life and controls.
The wider portfolio also includes new Meta Glasses and Oakley AI eyewear, with more than 100 options expected across the three brands by the end of 2026. Meta is also expanding its AI capabilities through Muse, a personal AI agent designed to support more natural interactions. The developments signal a broader shift towards eyewear as an everyday computing platform.
