The Vision Care Institute®, a state of the art facility and division of Johnson & Johnson (Middle East) Inc. providing Eye Care Professionals a unique training and educational experience, announced today that it will be offering Continuing Education (CE) credits offered by The Accreditation Committee of The Centre for Healthcare Planning & Quality (CPQ) Department to Eye Care Professionals within the United Arab Emirates who attend the different modules offered by the Institute.
The Vision Care Institute® is committed to supporting education through independent educational programs and is dedicated to supporting its staff and enhancing Eye Care Professionals’ knowledge and confidence in conducting vision evaluations, eye examinations, full refraction as well as prescribing and managing contact lenses. The Vision Care Institute® has a regular schedule of programs which include Refraction & Astigmatism; Anterior Segment & Effective Communication; Contact Lens Fitting; Contact Lens Health & Hygiene; and Contact Lens Aftercare. The focus of each course is to help improve Eye Care Professionals’ interaction with patients, enhance their knowledge about the latest vision care studies, learn new communications skills as well as the newest methods in practical contact lens theory and fitting techniques. The institute has a ‘patient first’ approach to assist professionals with the knowledge, skills, and tools to enhance patient satisfaction and improve their level of confidence and proactivity.
