Ms. Luisa Delgado has been appointed as the new CEO of Safilo Group and Safilo Spa, as anticipated by the company in June 2103.
Luisa was a non executive Director of Safilo Group, and a Member of the global Executive Board and Chief Human Resources Officer of SAP AG from September 2012 to July 2013. Prior to that, she spent over 21 years at Procter & Gamble (P&G) where she worked in several local and international roles based in Portugal, the UK, Belgium, Switzerland and Sweden. In her last role at P&G as Vice President and CEO for Nordic region she was responsible for the turnaround of the P&G business in the Nordic region, and as a leadmarket in digital marketing.
Luisa, born in 1966, is a Swiss national who graduated in Law from the Université de Genève, and holds a LLM from King’s College/University of London. She is a non executive Director at INGKA/IKEA.
Mr. Roberto Vedovotto will remain on the Board of Safilo Group as a non executive Director.
