The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is all set to host the next edition of the optical fair that will give exhibitors from all over the globe a chance to display the latest in eyewear fashion and technology.

HKTDC’s Hong Kong Optical Fair is a three day event that will be inaugurated on 4th November this year and is expected to bring over 720 exhibitors from across the globe including Canada, Spain, Sweden, UK and US. This year the fair enters its 23rd edition and is expected to offer a wide range of optical products on display. These include 3D eyewear, branded eyewear, contact lens & accessories, diagnostic instruments, eyewear accessories, frames & lens, kids eyewear, optometric instruments & machinery and a lot more.
The strong-line-up will present stylish optical products, optometric instruments and machinery in a professional environment, providing a comprehensive
overview of the latest trends and technological developments in the market. In addition, a key feature of the show like every year are the pavilions representing strong supplier countries of the Chinese mainland, France, Italy, Japan, Korea and Taiwan, as well as the pavilions of the Hong Kong Optical Manufacturers Association, and Visionaries of Styles.
2014 saw a record-breaking number of exhibitors with 714 from 29 countries and regions. Over 14,000 buyers from around 99 countries and regions saw a wonderful array of designs and styles. The 2015 fair will uphold the tradition of growth and present a wide spectrum of stylish optical products.
The Brand Name Gallery is a highlight of the show, bringing top-end suppliers together to showcase their latest collections and designs. Staging in Grand Hall in 2015, the Brand Name Gallery is expected to include over 200 brands, including ic! berlin, MYKITA, MUZIK, Moscot, BMW, CONVERSE, Jaeger, Kenzo, LIBERTY SPORT,Lunor and more. The ambience of the zone and the chic Eyewear Parades enable the buyers to fully grasp the latest market trends.
