The VisionPlus Awards 2023, Dubai – The Brightest Stars On The Clearest Night

It was a grand celebration as a constellation of the brightest stars congregated at the sprawling Festival Arena to recognize and applaud the best of the brands and optical professionals in the global optical business.

What an electrifying evening it was! The night burst into a festival of joy and celebration, as leading opticians from across UAE and the rest of the world converged at the magnificent venue in dazzling Dubai, to pay homage to excellence within their industry.

Mr. Siraj Bolar, the gentle Editor-in-Chief of VisionPlus Magazine and dynamic CEO of FourPlus Media, extended a warm welcome, that quickly set the tone for the event. Mr. Jasbir Bolar, Marketing Director of VisionPlus magazine and VisionPlus EXPO, made an impactful opening address and kicked off the Awards Ceremony.

This distinguished duo, along with Jury members bestowed the coveted trophies upon the victors across various categories.  The jury members were Saleh Al Shawa from Al Jaber Optical, Mathews Jacob and Mushtaq Ahmed from Yateem Opticians, Abdullah Hadi A Binrabbaa from Al Badr Optical, Rayan Rouhani from Saudi Optic House, and Neeraj Dabral and Salam Waked from Aster Opticals.

This extravagant night featured the unveiling of award winners, captivating performances by Latin dancers Luisa Fernanda Echeverry Ruiz and Deiner Duban Cajiao Castillo, remarkable opportunities for networking, and, of course, a sumptuous assortment of gastronomic delights and beverages. It was an effervescent commemoration of the most exceptional talents in the domain of optometry!

The jubilant ceremony was followed by a heartfelt expression of thanks to the partners, exhibitors, visitors,and opticians for their dedicated efforts and active involvement. The winners and nominees alike were showered with praise for their unwavering commitment to enhancing the realm of vision care. It was a splendid night filled with laughter, resounding cheers, and exuberant festivity that will be etched in memory for years to come!
