Marimekko has launched its new Autumn Winter 2016 Collection in association with Mondottica
Mondottica together with Marimekko, the Finnish fashion and design house, have conceived an eyewear collection of 11 fresh and exuberant styles, each originally named after typical Finnish female names: daring shapes, thick temples and laser engraved branding for an empowered woman, who is equipped with a positive, openhearted and liberal approach to life.
In the new collection, one can see iconic prints associated to Marimekko’s style of designing. The clash of colours is bold in styles like the slightly cat-eye acetate ANNIKA and oversized aviator metal VUOKKO, where classic hues such as black and brown in the front are combined with lime green, cherry red, hot pink and electric blue details on temple tips.
