Allison SpA has signed a license with Italy-based Fashion Box SpA, owner of the brands Replay, Replay & Sons, We Are Replay and Red Seal, for the Replay branded production of sunglasses and optical frames for men and women.
The license has an initial term of five years with a worldwide distribution structure based on different levels. The collection will be sold directly to opticians in all the major European countries. The sunglasses collection will also be carried in all the Replay stores. The first Replay collection from Allison is scheduled to launch in March 2013 at Mido.
