HOYA Welcomes Gregg Fowler as Vice President of Sales and Marketing Former Alcon Laboratories and Proctor & Gamble Executive Poised to Lead Growth

Gregg FowlerHOYA Vision Care welcomed Gregg Fowler as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to be based the corporate office in Lewisville, Texas. Mr. Fowler willmanage and lead the HOLA (HOYA Optical Laboratories of America) sales and marketing efforts. Fowler will be taking over for Rich Montag, who after a distinguished 40-year career is retiring in July.

Gregg began his career with consumer products icon Procter & Gamble where he excelled in various sales roles. This positioned him well to join eye care leader Alcon Laboratories. During his time at Alcon, Gregg’s sphere of influence spanned across seven cross-functional roles including sales, sales management, marketing, managed markets leadership and as an executive sales leader.

“I’m excited to work with the entire group at HOYA and to continue working with independent eye care professionals,” said Gregg Fowler, on the announcement of his new position with HOYA, he continued, “Our industry is rapidly changing, everything from the patient experience to reimbursement methods is on the table.
