Kering Eyewear Completes The Acquisition Of UNT

Kering Eyewear announced that it has completed the acquisition of UNT, Usinage & Nouvelles Technologies, in accordance with the terms announced on March 13, 2023, and after having received clearance from the relevant antitrust authorities.

UNT has been, in fact, a key, longstanding business partner of Manufacture Kering Eyewear for the provision of its components and Kering Eyewear and UNT share the same vision and values of excellence, craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability.
