‘A Vision for the Nation: A Decade of AMD Awareness Campaign in Singapore’ is a coffee-table book published by Dr Ajeet Madhav Wagle, Ms Alice How Sau Har, Dr Bakthavatsalu Maheshwar and Dr Lekha Gopal to commemorate 10 years of AMD Awareness Week in Singapore.
The beautifully illustrated coffee-table book chronicles the development of the AMD Awareness campaigns over the years, and was launched by Dr Amy Khor, Senior Minister of State for Health and Manpower, on 11th October, 2014, at an event held at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
The book is available to Singapore eye care professionals and in public libraries. Singapore eye care professionals can collect their complimentary copy of the book at the upcoming Primary Eye Care Continuing Education on 25th November, 2014, to be held at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre.
