Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana declare their love for the “Mother” in the Dolce&Gabbana Autumn-Winter 2015/16 collection. The Mama’s Brocade collection draws inspiration from the island of Sicily for a vintage effect. Frames with brocade detailing evoke the furnishings of baroque palazzi, in both the sophisticated embossed monochrome version and its floral cousin, decorated with a bouquet of red roses.

The consummate craftsmanship is there for all to see in the rose motif, which adorns the white upper part of the frames and is enhanced by tiny red roses on the front section. Minute grey pearls are set into golden heart brooches, making the frames even more stunning. Inside section in black, smoke- coloured lenses.
