The brand from Austria has added some new models to its Main Wood and Main Stone collection
ROLF Spectacles has been producing handmade, lightweight, natural frames made from wood, stone and horn since 2009. New trends, new designs are churned out by the company frequently, with the patented ROLF glazing system which allows to create thin and elegant shapes.
The classic Espada frame is one of the new models in its wood collection and captivates with its individual design and sophisticated, timeless lines. The frame draws inspiration from the Italian classic car of the 70s, one of the most successful models at the time. What’s more, the frame has been honoured with the Best Design Award at Copenhagen Specs in Denmark.
The ROLF Main Stone collection is the perfect combination of two natural materials – stone and wood -that complements the other collections. The new Islero 41 frame is part of this collection and impresses with its distinctive, unique character. The layered structure of the split shale rock lends an individual, lively surface to every Islero frame, with natural variations in colour. Pure and simple elegance set in stone, indeed.
