ZEISS India announced that two of their packaging designs, produced in association with Bizongo, have won the INDIASTAR 2020 Award for Design Excellence.

ZEISS SmartLife Kit
Created to offer a premium unboxing experience to our customers, the SmartLife kit is a sustainable packaging solution.
The outer packaging has a minimalist approach, with the product’s USP at the center of the design. The packaging is easy for customers to open in one swift motion for improved durability. The kit serves as a spectacle case and holds lens wipes, an authenticity card, and a cleaning spray.
The entire design ensures it is lightweight, easy to open, and portable with the appeal of a premium aesthetic.

Lens Comparison Kit
An ingenious product, this kit was designed to enable the sales team to compare and demonstrate the superiority of a ZEISS lens against another lens.
The kit’s quality was achieved through a simple design. It holds two lenses inside – one with green coating and the other one with blue coating.
The retailer typically asks the consumer to choose the lens that offers better clarity, lesser reflection, UV Protection, and aesthetic appeal.
Once they do, they reveal that it is a ZEISS lens that’s better of the two lenses, by pulling the satin strip placed in the lower portion of the box.
This enables them to witness the quality of ZEISS lenses firsthand.
