Shanghai Tang celebrates its 20th anniversary with a unique pair of sunglasses inspired by the classic Chinese round frames
The limited edition eye-wear is a collaboration between Shanghai Tang and the iconic Australian label AM Eyewear, which is well known for its original and truly handcrafted eye-wear designs.
The round glasses are given a modern, edgy twist with a strong eyebrow shape and mirror lenses.
The eye-wear series comes in five vibrant colour combinations of the frame and the lenses, making the sunglasses a statement piece for both men and women.
The two design brands have come together for this pair of sunglasses, injecting their true sense of luxury and integrity to a new style of China chic.
The frames are made from handcrafted and hand-polished cellulose acetate, with a reinforced multi-barrel hinge. The lenses are made from LYX nylon with photochromic filters, and are anti-scratch and impact resistant, offering 100% UV protection to 400nm. The light purple anti-reflective coating helps reduce the back glare.
