″It’s clear that there will be spillovers from last year and we will still see some Aviators/Cats eyes and rounds in trend throughout the year. It’s also interesting to see that classic Retro shapes are also looking to make a comeback.Metals are most definitely back in. However, the accent is on high quality, lightweight metal materials to keep the frames/sunglasses as light as possible.
On acetates, the Demi’s have given way to the Nudes. On metals, it was good to see GOLD making a comeback after many years. Many brands are now flirting with Gold in their collections.″
